Presents Get Fit at Winter Blast

Featuring Free Snowshoeing and Free Skate Rental

As part of their "Get Fit" campaign at Motown Winter Blast, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan presents free snowshoeing and an opportunity for free skating at Campus Martius Park! Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan is putting together some healthy ways for the whole family to have fun outside this winter! 

Free Skate Rental

There's only one weekend you can skate for free at Campus Martius Park- Winter Blast Weekend!  Now you can rent skates for free, too- courtesy of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan.  In 2013, the first 250 people who arrive to rent skates at Campus Martius Park will recieve them for free. (regular rental fee $3)

Free Skating Ice Time at the rink is once again sponsored  by Charter One Bank. 

Free Snowshoeing

Experience this fun, outdoor activity with the whole family!Snowshoes are available for free at Winter Blast courtesy of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan.  Adult and children sizes available.  Winter Blast Volunteers will be on hand to help everyone find the correct size and then try out the snowshoe course!

Free Snowshoeing will be available each day from 11am-8pm.
